Captive Finance acquires Alfaskop Finans AB, Sweden (established by Alfaskop Group 1998).

• September 2002
Captive Finance acquires Rubik AS, Norway – established in 1995 and represented in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

Captive Finance establishes its presence in Taiwan.

Captive Finance restructures its local Swedish structure into ONE single operating unit only.

Fortis Lease Group acquired 8 Jan 2007 100 % of Captive Finance Ltd and its Group Companies. An important milestone for Fortis Lease Group in its strategy to build a truly international network in the leasing sector. Bringing the Fortis Lease presence to a total of 22 countries.
